Service Description

This tailored program will be built by Brave To Be Fitness for the individual to complete in their home gym or a facility they currently have a membership with. This is a great way to build consistency, learn about strength exercises and how to modify and adapt as they get stronger. A great option for someone that wants to follow a program on their own time.



Cancellation Policy

Brave to Be Fitness – Client Agreement This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Brave to Be Fitness (“Trainer/Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By signing below, the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement. 1. Services Provided Brave to Be Fitness will provide personal training, nutrition guidance, mindset coaching, and/or related fitness services, as agreed upon in writing or verbally between Trainer and Client. Services may be delivered in person, online, or a combination of both. 2. Payment Terms • All sessions/packages must be paid in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 3 (Cancellation Policy). 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling: Client may reschedule a session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the agreed package timeframe (if applicable). • Late Cancellations: If Client cancels a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be provided. • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a late cancellation. 4. Expiration of Sessions/Packages All purchased sessions or packages must be used within the specified timeframe (e.g., 3 months from purchase) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable. 5. Client Responsibilities • Client agrees to arrive on time, in appropriate attire, and prepared for physical activity. • Client will disclose any relevant health conditions or limitations prior to training. • Client acknowledges they are responsible for their own effort, consistency, and progress. 6. Health & Liability Waiver • Client represents that they are physically able to participate in fitness training and have consulted with a physician if necessary. • Client understands that participation involves risks of injury and voluntarily assumes all risks. • Client agrees that Brave to Be Fitness, its trainers, contractors, or employees are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation. 7. Code of Conduct • Respectful communication and behavior are expected at all times. • Trainer reserves the right to terminate sessions if Client engages in inappropriate or unsafe behavior. 8. Termination of Agreement Either party may terminate this Agreement with written
